my grammy could have picked better awards

Either that, or they call them the grammy nominations because grammies vote for the bands their grandchildren like. Jonas, Brothers, Miley Weird Last Name, Justin Timberlake, Coldplay... They all won. Metallica? Rise Against? Slipknot? None of them, although the odds were against them since 1/3 of them didn't get nominated. Well, Metallica got best recording package. Which is a fancy way of saying album cover. So Metallica didn't actually get an award for their music, thus I will not count it. I really should've just done what I said I'd do and not look. Well, Spineshank's coming out with a new album this year and they've been nominated before, so All Hope is not Gone, contrary to what Corey Taylor tells me. By the way, that album should've had to compete with Appeal to Reason for best album. But it didn't. 'Cause apparently, the Jonas Brothers are better. FACTOR YOU ALL, YOU TASTELESS TETRAHEDRA! This must be what Slipknot uses to influence their sound. They look at the grammy awards, then QUICK! To the studio!
