So this month, Paramore and Three Days Grace are definitely releasing albums, whereas Spineshank, Rammstein, and Silent Civilian's albums can only be prayed for along, along with the American release of Die Mannequin's album. This could mean some uncomfortable shifting on my list of favorite bands, what with Slipknot only having beaten Spineshank because they DIDN'T write Strictly Diesel and Three Days Grace never really have gotten a fair chance with Barry Stock only having been in the band for half their albums. Silent Civilian gets to see if it'll remain as my favorite metalcore band over SOAD (they will), while Paramore has a similar dilemma with trying to stay my favorite pop-punk band over Jimmy Eat World. Which will be easy since I don't like Jimmy Eat World, and if their single Ignorance was any indication of things to come, it sounds like they'll be more punk than pop, in which case Die Mannequin will come in and pwnzorz all because Die Mannequin is one of the best bands ever formed.
And Rammstein will sit there, begging me to make a new category for German Bands so they can win by default.
What I want to know is why these bands couldn't have released all their albums shortly after I got bored of All Hope is Gone and had to find new bands like SOAD and In This Moment, with no offense to either of them, but there were still periods of musical boredom that'll soon be replaced by musical overload. It's like how all the good video games come out just before Christmas, only there's always kongregate, and there are more video games I like than bands, so it's worse. And that's the end of my rant,go pre-order life starts now, or, if you're a wuss, pre-order Brand New Eyes. Deluxe version has a Paramore music video, which you definetely want to see after this.
