I will review with extreme prejudice

So yes, I was recently playing Contra: Hard Corps, which I will review soon, and came across this quote:

"This time we will attack with extreme prejudice!"

(link provided because I honestly had doubts. How could someone suck so much at English and get a job as a translator?)

Don't mind if I ask, but what the factor does that mean? With the exception of a boss, we've only been killing white males, so what, would extreme exclude that one boss? No, because the main villain is black, too. So really, I have no idea what the factor this quote is supposed to mean! I was seriously rofling when I first read this because it makes no factoring sense! I'm surprised it's engrish phrases like: "All your base are belong to us" and "You spoony bard" that get all the attention. Why do we choose the quotes we remember with extreme prejudice? See? It has so many practical applications!
